RESIGNATION OF GROUP COMPANY SECRETARY

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Listings
Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Ms Donna Dickson has
resigned as Mpact's Group Company Secretary, with effect from 31 January
2026.

The Board would like to thank Ms Dickson for her invaluable contribution to
the Company during her tenure and wishes her well in her future endeavours.

Shareholders will be advised of the appointment of a new company secretary
in due course.
