NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (“AGM”) AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT

Notice is given to shareholders of MMH that the 20th AGM, for the year ended
30 June 2021, will be held at 08:30 on Thursday, 25 November 2021, solely by
way of electronic participation. Details regarding electronic participation
are included in the notice of AGM.

The notice of the AGM is available on the Group’s website at
https://www.momentummetropolitan.co.za/en/investor-relations/financial-
results and has also be posted to shareholders together with the summarised
audited consolidated financial results for the year ended 30 June 2021, which
contain no changes to the audited annual financial statements published on
Wednesday, 8 September 2021.
