OLD MUTUAL HOLDINGS PLC [KENYA] HAS RELEASED ITS INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS
ENDED 30 JUNE 2024

Old Mutual would like to notify all concerned that its subsidiary, Old Mutual Holdings plc
(Kenya) has announced the release of its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2024.

The release of the interim results is required by the Capital Markets Authority Kenya under par-
agraph 3.2. of the Thirteenth Schedule of The Capital Markets (Public Offers, Listings and Dis-
closures) Regulations, 2023. The interim results of Old Mutual Holdings plc, as announced, have
been published on its website and can be found at https://wwww.oldmutual.co.ke/about-

Old Mutual Holdings plc is a subsidiary of Old Mutual East Africa Holdings, held by Old Mutual
