POSTING OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT INCLUDING NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL
MEETING

The integrated annual report, containing the audited financial statements for the Company for the year
ended 31 August 2020, has been dispatched to shareholders by post today, 03 December 2020. The
audited summary consolidated results for the year ended 31 August 2020 have also been released on
SENS on 27 November 2020. Shareholders are further advised that the Integrated Annual Report will
also be made available on the Company’s website: www.purplegroup.co.za

The annual financial statements were audited by the Company’s auditors, BDO South Africa
Incorporated and their unmodified report is available for inspection at the Company’s registered office.

Notice of the annual general meeting

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting (“AGM”) of ordinary shareholders of the
Company will be held virtually on Friday, 22 January 2021 at 10:00, to transact the business as stated
in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the integrated annual report.
