Quilter plc has been notified that in order to fulfil a personal financial commitment forming part of a divorce
settlement, and in compliance with a Court Order, Paul Feeney has sold 45,045 shares at £1.606120
each. The proceeds of this sale will be transferred in full to his former spouse.
