FRACTION ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING RWGPR ETF SECURITIES

Participatory interest holders of RWGPR are referred to the announcement relating to the Finalisation of the
Subdivision regarding RWGPR ETF Securities published on Tuesday, 9 January 2024 on SENS.

All holders of RWGPR that traded before the close of trade on Tuesday 16 January 2024, unitholding will increase
at the ratio of 6.86422 for every 1 security held.

All unit holdings will be rounded down as no fractions of shares will be issued. A cash balance 854 cents,
(calculated by using the closing price of RWGPR on 17 January 2024, less ten percent and multiplied by 0.86422)
will be paid to each unitholder to compensate for the loss of units on the issue date of the new securities on
Monday, 22 January 2024.
