Resignation of the Managing Director and Financial Director

In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, SA Corporate shareholders are advised as
follows:
    1. Mr TR Mackey, Managing Director, and Mrs AM Basson, Financial Director, of SA Corporate have
       tendered their resignations as executive directors of SA Corporate on 19 May 2019, which were accepted
       by the Board of SA Corporate on 20 May 2019. Both Mr Mackey and Mrs Basson have advised the Board
       that they are prepared to remain at SA Corporate to serve their three month notice period in order to
       ensure an orderly hand-over process.
    2. The Board of SA Corporate believe that the interim measures that are in place will ensure the continuity
       and stability of the Company. In addition, a formal process to identify and appoint a suitable replacement
       for the Managing Director and the Financial Director will be undertaken and a further announcement will
       be released in due course.
