The Second Interim Period is maturing on 25 November 2024. The
Second Interim Redemption Amount will be paid on
25 November 2024.
On 25 November 2024, Standard Bank will pay ZAR11 812 500.00
in respect of all the Notes (ZAR1,575.00 per note) ("the
Second Interim Payment Amount") to the holders of SBRN07
Notes. Since the Second Interim Payment Amount includes 25% of
the capital of the initial purchase price of the Notes, the
Issuer will on 26 November 2024 reduce the base costs of the
Notes (that is the specified denomination of the Notes) from
ZAR3,750 per Note to ZAR 2,500.00 per Note to account for the
reduction in the initial capital used to purchase these Notes.
