Release of Shares from Escrow


Southern Palladium Limited (ASX:SPD and JSE:SDL) ) ('Southern Palladium' or 'the Company') advises in
accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A that 22,750,000 fully paid ordinary shares are to be released from
voluntary escrow on Wednesday 13 November 2024 following satisfaction of project milestones relating
to the Company's 70% interest in the Bengwenyama Platinum-Group Metal (PGM) project located on the
Eastern limb of the Bushveld, South Africa (please refer to the Prospectus issued by the Company on 6
June 2022 for further details).

The total issued capital of the Company (inclusive of the shares now released from voluntary escrow)
remains at 89,750,000 shares, which is unchanged from the 8 June 2022 official quotation date.
