RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT: FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2024
Shareholders of Southern Palladium Limited (ASX:SPD/JSE:SDL)(Southern Palladium or the Company) are advised
that Southern Palladium has today published its Financial Report for the year ended 30 June 2024.
The Financial Report can be accessed on the Company's website, www.southernpalladium.com and on the JSE cloudlink
https://senspdf.jse.co.za/documents/2024/jse/isse/sdle/ye24.pdf .
As previously advised, the Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 28 November 2024.
The Company anticipates that it will release its Annual Report on or about Friday, 25 October 2024.
A summary of key corporate and operational highlights for the year are provided below:
HIGHLIGHTS:
• Operating loss from operations for the year decreased to A$6,725,277 (30 June 2023: loss of A$7,176,148)
• Basic loss per share decreased to A$0.075, up 6.25% (30 June 2023: loss of A$0.08)
• Headline loss per share decreased to A$0.075, up 6.25% (30 June 2023: loss of A$0.08)
COMMENTARY:
During the financial year the Company's primary focus was on the development of its 70% interest in the Bengwenyama
Platinum Group Metal project (Project). The Project is a pre-development platinum metal group project situated on the
Eastern Limb of the Bushveld Complex. The Company is currently focused on completion of a Pre-Feasibility Study for the
Project.
RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT:
This results announcement is the responsibility of the directors and is only a summary of the information in the Financial
Report.
Any investment decisions by investors and/or shareholders should be based on a consideration of the Financial Report as
a whole (which includes the auditor's report prepared by BDO Audit Proprietary Limited (BDO Audit), who expressed an
unmodified audit opinion) and investors and shareholders are encouraged to review the Financial Report, which is available
