Shareholders are referred to the announcement published by Stefanutti Stocks on the Stock Exchange
News Service on 26 June 2025 ("Distribution of Summarised Consolidated Annual Financial Statements,
No Change Statement, Update On Disposal of SS-Construcoes (Mocambique) Limitada and Notice of
Annual General Meeting"), wherein shareholders were notified that the full consolidated financial
statements for the year end 28 February 2025 were available on the JSE's and company's website.
Shareholders are advised that the Sponsor inadvertently uploaded the Separate Annual Financial
Statements, and not the Consolidated Annual Financial Statements of the group as intended.
The Consolidated Annual Financial Statements replacing the previous document is now available on the
JSE's website at: https://senspdf.jse.co.za/documents/2025/jse/isse/ssk/AFSFY2025.pdf.
All other information contained in the announcement and documents remain correct and unchanged.
