NOTICE IS GIVEN TO ALL HOLDERS OF SSN046 ZAR395,000,000 FLOATING
LISTED NOTE DUE 30 April 2027 (Stock Code: SSN046 and ISIN Code:
ZAG000143132) (the "Note") issued in terms of The Standard Bank of
South Africa Limited's Structured Note Programme (the "Programme")
on 30 March 2017. Capitalised terms used and not otherwise defined
in this announcement have the meaning given to them in the Pricing
Supplement of the Note, as read with the Programme Memorandum.

Noteholders are hereby advised in accordance with the provisions
of the Pricing Supplement of the Note that in the "Spread(t)" is
0.12% for the Interest Determination Date falling within the Year
of Validity commencing on, and including, 30 April 2026.

Notice is given to Noteholders for information purposes only.   No
action is required by Noteholders.
