NO CHANGE STATEMENT, 2025 B-BBBEE COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE, INTEGRATED REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL
GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders of the Company are advised that the integrated annual report, the consolidated annual financial statements and
the Company's annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025 have been published on the Company's website
at www.southernsun.com/investors/financial-reports, today, 31 July 2025. The audited annual financial statements are also
available on the JSE cloudlink on https://senspdf.jse.co.za/documents/2025/jse/isse/SSUE/AFS2025.pdf.
The integrated annual report and consolidated annual financial statements contain no material modifications to the reviewed
condensed consolidated financial statements that were published on SENS on 21 May 2025. The consolidated annual financial
statements, which include an unqualified audit report, were audited by Deloitte & Touche.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting of shareholders will be held at 10h00 on Monday, 15 September
2025 and will be conducted entirely by electronic communication via Microsoft Teams to transact business as stated in the
notice of the annual general meeting.
The notice of annual general meeting, together with the summarised consolidated financial statements for the year ended
31 March 2025, is available on the Company's website www.southernsun.com/investors/financial-reports and will be posted
to those shareholders who have not elected to receive electronic communications.
The record date for purposes of determining which shareholders are entitled to participate in and vote at the annual general
meeting is Friday, 5 September 2025. The last date to trade in order to be eligible to vote is Tuesday, 2 September 2025.
2025 B-BBEE COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE
In accordance with paragraph 16.21(g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Listings Requirements and Section 13G(2) of
the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, shareholders are advised that the Company's latest B-BBEE compliance
certificate is available on the Company's website at www.southernsun.com/investors/empowerment. The Southern Sun group
attained a level 1 contributor rating.
