AWARD OF SECURITIES TO CHIEF EXECUTIVE
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 1 July 2025 advising that
Mr RU Bengtsson had been appointed as the new Chief Executive and as an executive director of Sun
International, with effect from 1 July 2025.
Shareholders are hereby advised that prior to Mr Bengtsson joining Sun International, he personally
acquired 200 000 Sun International ordinary shares in the open market, using his own funds, as part of an
investment strategy to build a meaningful shareholding in the Company thereby aligning his future interests
with shareholders.
In terms of his contract of employment signed on 21 March 2025, Sun International undertook to match the
number of shares which Mr Bengtsson acquired in his personal capacity, subject to certain vesting
conditions.
Accordingly, and in compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the following information is disclosed:
