Change to Membership of Social and Ethics Committee

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that with effect from Monday, 16 September 2019, Mr Anthony Leeming was appointed
as an additional member to the Company’s social and ethics committee.

Anthony, who is the Sun International Chief Executive, is also a member of the Company’s risk
committee and chairs both the executive committee and IT Governance sub-committee of Sun
International.
