Shareholders are advised that the Annual Integrated Report for the year ended 29 February 2024
was distributed to shareholders on 1 July 2024 and is also available on the website
www.sablemetals.co.za from that date.
2. Availability of Annual Financial Statements 2024
The audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 29 February 2024 are included in
the Annual Integrated Report and are available on the SEAM Website.
3. Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the company will be held electronically
on Friday, 16 August 2024 at 10h00.
