CHANGES TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE TSOGO SUN BOARD AND BOARD COMMITTEES

In compliance with the requirements of paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Listings Requirements, and
paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, shareholders and
noteholders are advised that the following changes have been made to the composition of the Tsogo
Sun Board and Board committees:

1.   BA Mabuza has retired by rotation as a director of the Company with effect from the close of the
     Company’s AGM on 1 September 2026;
2.   RD Watson, an independent non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as Lead
     Independent Director of the Company with effect from 1 September 2026 following the
     retirement by rotation of BA Mabuza;
3.   VE Mphande, an independent non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as a
     member the Audit and Risk Committee, with effect from 1 September 2026; and
4.   MJA Golding, an independent non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as a
     member of the Social and Ethics Committee and of the Human Resources and Remuneration
     Committee, with effect from 1 September 2026.

The Company wishes to thank Ms Mabuza for her contribution as Lead Independent Director and as
member of the Board committees.
