FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING DELISTING

Shareholders are referred to previous announcements released on SENS regarding the potential delisting of
Trustco, as set out more fully in the Company's most recent SENS announcement dated 26 November 2025,
as well as earlier related announcements.
As previously communicated, the board of directors of Trustco ("the Board") has been considering the
appropriateness of a delisting of the Company's securities. In this context, the Board has noted the publication
of the Simplified Listings Requirements, which are currently expected to come into effect on 16 February
2026. The Board is assessing the potential effect of these revised listing requirements on the Company and
the implications thereof for shareholders, including whether and to what extent such requirements may impact
the considerations underlying the potential delisting. The Board will, in due course, advise shareholders of its
assessment and any recommended course of action.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company's
securities until a further announcement is made.
