Change in Director
The Board of Directors of Numeral Limited ("the Company") wishes to inform shareholders that
Mr. Glenn Henning has tendered his resignation as a director of the Company. Mr. Henning's
resignation forms part of a strategic decision to focus his efforts on driving the growth and operational
scaling of key subsidiaries within the Numeral Group. This transition aligns with the Group's broader
restructuring and renewed focus on execution at the subsidiary level.

This announcement is not audited or reviewed by the auditors of the Company.
