Shareholders are advised that Zeder's audited consolidated annual financial statements for the year
ended 28 February 2025, including an unmodified audit opinion thereon by the Company's auditor,
Deloitte & Touche, have been published on Zeder's website at

The audited consolidated annual financial statements contain no modifications to the reviewed
condensed consolidated annual financial results which were published on the Stock Exchange News
Service of the JSE Limited ("SENS") on 24 April 2025.
DETAILS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
It is anticipated that the annual general meeting of Zeder ordinary shareholders will be held on Tuesday,
29 July 2025, at 11:00 am ("AGM") and that it will be conducted electronically.
The notice for the AGM will be dispatched to shareholders in due course, accompanied by of the
Company's summarised consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2025,
with the notice of AGM also being given on SENS.
BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT ACT ("THE ACT"): ANNUAL COMPLIANCE
REPORT
In accordance with paragraph 16.21(g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
notice is hereby given that the Company's annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the
Act has been published and is, together with the Company latest broad-based black economic
