AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE
2024

Noteholders are advised that the City of Tshwane's audited annual financial statements and audit
report are now available at the following link:

The annual financial statements of the issuer have been audited by the Auditor General South Africa
(AGSA). The auditors of City of Tshwane, AGSA, have issued a qualified audit opinion relating to the
AFS.

A further announcement will be released in due course regarding the details of the Annual Financial
Statements and Audit Report.
