The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the "Company") hereby announces the change in the
publication dates of periodical reports in 2026:

I. Annual report and consolidated annual report for 2025 – from the initially scheduled date of 20 April
2026 to 30 April 2026.

II. Consolidated quarterly reports:

- 1st quarter of 2026 – from the initially scheduled date of 25 May 2026 to 1 June 2026.

- 3rd quarter of 2026 – from the initially scheduled date of 23 November 2026 to 30 November 2026.

III. Consolidated semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2026 – from the initially scheduled date of 21
September 2026 to 28 August 2026.


The initially scheduled publication dates of periodical reports above were announced in the current report No.
1/2026 dated 16 January 2026.

Simultaneously, pursuant to Art 63 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current
and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognizing as equivalent
the information required under the laws of a non-member state of the European Union, Company reiterates that
the consolidated quarterly reports of GTC Group contain the quarterly financial information of the parent entity,
and the Company does not submit separate standalone quarterly reports.



Legal grounds: Art 84 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic
information submitted by issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information
required under the laws of a non-member state of the European Union.
