DEALING IN SECURITIES
Shareholders are referred to the announcements published on SENS on 3 December 2025, 9 December 2025 and
18 December 2025 (collectively, the "Announcements"), relating to, inter alia, the vesting of awards of deferred bonus
shares ("Awards") under the Crookes Brothers Limited Deferred Bonus Scheme 2020 ("DBS") and the disposals of
ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares"), by JSE Investor Services (Pty) Ltd ("JIS") on behalf of the Relevant
Participants (as defined in the Announcements), arising from the vesting of such Awards ("Disposals").
Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised words and terms contained in this announcement shall bear the same
meanings ascribed thereto in the Announcements.
Further to the Disposals, shareholders are advised of the following on-market disposals of Shares by JIS on behalf of
all Relevant Participants:

For the avoidance of doubt, only once all disposals for the Relevant Participants have been implemented, will JIS

obtained.
