Noteholders are hereby advised that the SuperDrive quarterly investor report ("Report") for the period
ended 31 October 2024 ("the Period") is available for download from the following website:

Save as set out on page 7 of the Report, no underlying assets were subject to a demand to repurchase or
replace due to a breach of the representations and warranties.

Details of the Performance Covenants and Portfolio Covenants as contemplated in SuperDrive's
ZAR10,000,000,000 Asset Backed Domestic Medium Term Note Programme Memorandum are included
in the Report. The Issuer confirms that none of the financial covenants in respect thereof were breached
during the Period.
