DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS


Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on 25 August 2025 (the "Announcement") regarding the
award to, and acceptance by Jason McCormick and Duncan Church of restricted share awards in terms of the rules of
the Company's approved share plan (the "Plan").

Shareholders are advised that Jason McCormick and Duncan Church have forfeited the restricted share awards detailed
in the Announcement. The Remuneration Committee is considering the award of immediately vested restricted share
awards, per the amendments to the Plan approved by shareholders on 15 April 2026, in their place. An immediately
vested restricted share award entitles the participant to acquire the Exemplar ordinary shares comprising the award on
or after the exercise date, for no consideration.

Exemplar will publish further announcements in this regard as and when required.
