CHANGES TO BARLOWORLD BOARD COMMITTEES

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the
Company wishes to advise its shareholders that the Board of Barloworld
(“Board”) has changed its Board Committees composition, with immediate
effect.
