Hammerson plc (the "Company") announces that Méka Brunel, a Non-Executive
Director of the Company, has notified the Board that she will step down as a Director
on 31 December 2025.

Méka is a member of the Remuneration and Nomination & Governance Committees.

Robert Noel, Chairman of Hammerson plc said "On behalf of the Board, I would like
to thank Méka for her valuable contribution to the Company during her six years as a
director. Méka's experience and expertise have been of great value to the Board and
we wish her the very best for the future."

With effect from 1 January 2026, Robert Noel will become a member of the
Remuneration Committee.

For the purposes of section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006, the Company
confirms that Méka Brunel will receive her pro-rated fee up to and including 31
December 2025 at the rate set out in the Company's Annual Report & Accounts
2025. No other remuneration payment will be made by the Company to Méka after
she ceases to be a Non-executive Director of the Company, nor will any payment for
loss of office be made.


Hammerson has its primary listing on the London Stock Exchange and secondary
inward listings on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and Euronext Dublin.
