AVAILABILITY OF THE AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH
2026

Pursuant to paragraph 6.7 of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements and
Stock Exchange of Mauritius ("SEM") Listing Rule 12.14, bondholders are advised of the following:

    •   The Issuer's audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2026 are available through
        a secure electronic manner at the election of the person requesting inspection and at:
        https://brait.investoreports.com/investor-relations/results-and-reports/ .

    •   The audit report on these financial statements is unqualified with no modifications.

    •   The financial statements contain a restatement in respect of the split between the investment valuation
        gain and foreign exchange translation adjustments due to an error in the application of IAS 21 in prior
        years. This misstatement had an impact on the Statement of Comprehensive Income, the Statement of
        Financial Position and the Statement of Changes in Equity. This restatement had no impact on reported
        net asset value/total equity in the current or prior years.
