CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND COMPOSITION OF BOARD COMMITTEES

In compliance with paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders
are advised that Mr Hendrik Johannes (Hennie) Faul has resigned as an independent non-executive
director of the Company with effect from 31 October 2026, in order to pursue other professional
commitments which would not allow him to retain non-executive director positions beyond a certain
number. With effect from the same date, Mr Faul will also step down as a member of the Risk
Committee, the Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

The Board has appointed Mr Hendrik Roux van der Merwe, Chairman of the Board, as a member of the
Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee and Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 November
2026.

Mr van der Merwe, as Chairman of the Board, said: “On behalf of the Board, I thank Hennie for his
valued contribution to Master Drilling since his appointment in June 2020. His insight and counsel have
served the Board and its committees well, and we wish him every success in furthering his career.”

Shareholders are further advised that, with effect from 1 November 2026, the membership of the various
committees affected by the resignation shall be reconstituted as follows:

1. Master Drilling Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee:
Ms Mamokete Emily Ramathe (Chairman), Mr Akhter Alli Deshmukh and Mr Hendrik Roux van der Merwe.

2. Master Drilling Remuneration Committee:
Mr Akhter Alli Deshmukh (Chairman), Mr Andries Willem Brink and Mr Hendrik Roux van der Merwe.

3. Master Drilling Risk Committee:
Mr Andries Willem Brink (Chairman), Mr Hendrik Roux van der Merwe, Mr Akhter Alli Deshmukh and Ms
Mamokete Emily Ramathe.
