RELEASE OF THE QUARTERLY BASEL III PILLAR 3 REPORT AS AT 30 JUNE 2025, AS PRESCRIBED BY THE REGULATIONS RELATING TO BANKS

African Bank is pleased to announce the release of the quarterly Basel III Pillar 3 report, as at 30 June 2025, ("Pillar 3 Report"), 
as prescribed in terms of Regulation 43 of the Regulations Relating to Banks.

The Pillar 3 Report covers African Bank and its holding company, ABHL, a registered bank controlling company registered under 
Section 44(1) of the Banks Act, 1990 (Act No. 94 of 1990).

under Regulatory Announcements – Basel Pillar III Announcements within the Investors section of the website.

In line with delivery on the Group's strategic objectives, the balance sheets of African Bank and ABHL reflect progress made in diversifying 
and scaling our operations, with advances appropriately provided for. The Group remains adequately capitalised with sufficient cash resources. 
Liquidity and market risks are managed within the Group's approved risk appetite framework.

The key prudential ratios as at 30 June 2025 for both, African Bank and ABHL, operated above the minimum required regulatory levels.
