RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on 3 December
2025 and are advised that the Company is still assessing the potential disposal of all,
or a portion of its shareholding in Bauba Resources (Pty) Ltd ("Potential Transaction").
The assessment, which may result in a Potential Transaction, is ongoing with no
material changes since the cautionary announcement.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in
the Company's securities until a further announcement is made.
