CHANGES TO THE BOARD

In accordance with the JSE Limited Debt & Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of Bank Windhoek would like to announce the appointment of Ms Rauha Nangula
Nelulu-Uaandja as an independent non-executive director, effective 2 July 2026.

Regulatory approval for the appointment of Ms Nelulu-Uaandja has been obtained. The appointment
was made pursuant to the policy dealing with the nomination of directors of Bank Windhoek.

The board welcomes Ms Nelulu-Uaandja and looks forward to benefiting from her insights and
contributions in the future.
