Additional listing of shares

In accordance with The Public Offers and Admission to Trading Regulations 2024 (POATRs) PRM 1.6.4R, BHP Group Limited (the "Company") announces that it has made an application for the
admission to trading to the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for a total of 2,478,531 ordinary shares of no par value ("Shares") to be admitted to trading on the Main Market of the LSE.

The Shares have been allotted and issued in connection with awards under the Company's employee share ownership plans.

The Shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

Admission of the Shares is expected on 9 April 2026.

The total number of Shares in issue as of 01 April 2026 is 5,081,391,706 (including the Shares subject to the applications). No Shares are held in treasury. This figure represents the total number of voting
rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company
under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
