Change to the board of directors

Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 22 October 2024,
wherein they were informed of the resignation of Mmaboshadi Chauke as non-executive director
of AfroCentric. The board of directors of AfroCentric ("Board") is pleased to announce the
appointment of Karabo Morule as a non-executive director to the Board and a member of
AfroCentric's audit and risk committee and its social and ethics committee, with effect from
31 December 2024.

Karabo is a qualified actuary, former investment banker and corporate executive. She holds a
Bachelor of Business Science degree in Actuarial Science and Finance, and also a Postgraduate
Diploma in Actuarial Science, both from the University of Cape Town. Furthermore, she is an
alumnus of Harvard Business School, having completed the Advanced Management Programme
in 2019. She is a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa and the Institute and Faculty of
Actuaries.

The Board welcomes Karabo and looks forward to her contribution to the Group going forward.
