CHANGE TO A BOARD COMMITTEE


Shareholders are referred to the announcement published by Castleview on 2 December 2025 regarding the
appointment of Mr Koketso Mabe as an independent non-executive director of the Company, subject to the
approval of the Prudential Authority. Shareholders are advised that the Prudential Authority has
unconditionally approved Koketso's appointment to the Castleview board.

Shareholders are also advised that Koketso has been appointed to the Company's Investment Committee,
which now comprises the following members:

-    David Green (Chairman)
-    Gregg Bayly
-    Avesh Padayachee
-    Koketso Mabe
