CHANGES TO THE BOARD: RETIREMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE"), the
board of directors of Argent ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Fred Litschka
will be retiring as Executive Director from Argent with effect from 31 March 2026, a position he
has held since January 2004. The internal process of succession and handover of his
responsibility has been implemented.

Fred Litschka played a pivotal role in shaping the growth of Argent and will remain fully
committed to his roles and responsibilities, including as a director of a number of Argent
Subsidiaries, until his retirement date.
