Listing of 500 000 10X S&P 500 ETF securities

Investors are advised that 500 000 10X S&P 500 ETF securities will be listed on the JSE at
an issue price of R123.78 per security. Following the listing there will be 25 660 315 10X S&P
500 ETF securities in issue with effect from Monday, 24 August 2026.
