FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the Company's previous cautionary announcements, the last of which
was published on 3 July 2026, in which shareholders were advised that the process of applying for
a provisional liquidation order was ongoing and that, while this process continued, the Efora board
of directors ("Board") was considering other opportunities that could provide a basis for
recapitalising the Company.

Shareholders are hereby advised that the Board has resolved to defer the court process relating to
the provisional liquidation of the Company while the Company progresses engagements regarding
a potential transaction. The potential transaction remains subject to further engagement.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the
Company's securities until a further announcement is made.
