Amounts per ordinary share in Sterling and Euros
Further to the announcement of 20 February 2026 of a final dividend of 16 US cents per
ordinary share, the equivalent of the dividend detailed above in Sterling is 11.822 pence per
share and in Euros is 13.548 Euro cents per share based on exchange rates of US$1:£0.7389
and US$1:€0.8468.
The US$:£/€ conversion rates were determined by the actual rates achieved by Anglo
American buying forward contracts for those currencies during the three working days
preceding this announcement, for delivery on the dividend payment date.
As announced on 20 February 2026, the equivalent of the dividend in South African Rand is
257.43680 cents per ordinary share, based on an exchange rate of US$1:ZAR16.08980,
taken on Thursday, 19 February 2026, and the equivalent of the dividend in Botswana Pula is
219.78080 thebes per ordinary share, based on an exchange rate of US$1:BWP13.73630,
taken on Thursday, 19 February 2026, being the currency conversion date.
The payment date of the dividend is Wednesday, 6 May 2026.
