UPDATE ON RECOMMENDATION TO RE-APPOINT AN INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AT THE UPCOMING AGM
                                      
Shareholders are referred to the notice of annual general meeting (“Notice of AGM”) made available by the Company on 21 October 2026 and, in
particular, the MAS board of director’s (“Board”) statement regarding the fit and proper assessment undertaken with respect to Yovav Carmi, who is
standing for re-election as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.

As stated in the Notice of AGM, the Board is satisfied that Yovav Carmi meets the applicable fit and proper requirements and is eligible and suitable
to continue serving as a director of the Company, subject to the receipt of independent confirmation of his qualifications.

The Board confirms that the relevant documentation has now been received. The condition referred to in the Notice of AGM regarding independent
verification of the Director’s qualifications has therefore been fulfilled, and the Board remains satisfied that Yovav Carmi meets the applicable fit and
proper requirements and is eligible and suitable to continue serving as a director of the Company.

Accordingly, the Board maintains its previous recommendation that shareholders vote in favour of the re-election of Yovav Carmi at the upcoming
AGM, and Resolution 3.1 will proceed as set out in the Notice of AGM.
