UNAUDITED CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED INTERIM FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE SIX
MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025
1. SALIENT FEATURES
Earnings and headline earnings per share from total operations decreased by 98.1% to 0.6
cents per share, from 29.6 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.
Earnings and headline earnings per share from continuing operations decreased by 97.1%
to 0.6 cents per share, from 21.4 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.
Revenue from total operations decreased by 47.1% to R161.1 million, from R304.3 million
in the prior corresponding period.
Revenue from continuing operations decreased by 21.3% to R161.1 million, from R204.8
million in the prior corresponding period.
Net debt was reduced by R38.6 million to R46.7 million with a resulting reduction in net
interest paid to R4.1 million (2025: R7.9 million).
Comparative numbers have been represented in accordance with the application of IFRS 5:
Assets Held for Sale and Discontinued Operations following the disposal of Taylor and NMC.
2. DIVIDEND
The board of directors of the Group ("Board") has taken a decision not to declare an interim
dividend in respect of the six months ended 31 December 2025 (2025: Nil). The objective of
the Board is to revert to paying dividends when improvements in revenue and margin
performance are evident and supported by sustainable cash generation.
