Labat refers Shareholders to the announcement published on SENS on 23 October 2023 in terms which Shareholders were advised that the trading of Labat's shares had been suspended due to the following: a. Failure to publishing its annual financial statements or summary financial statements for the year ended 31 May 2023; b. Failure to publish the interim financial results for the six months ended 30 November 2023; c. Failure to publish the annual financial statements for the year ended 31 May 2024; d. All these issues arose from Company's inability to publish the above mentioned financial information within the prescribed period as contained in the JSE Listings Requirements. 2. The Company has now published its audited Annual Financial Statements for the periods ended 31 May 2023 and 31 May 2024 on 10 December 2024 and 13 December 2024 respectively. 3. The Company has also released the interim results for the six months ended 30 November 2023 on 23 December 2024. 4.
