Resignation of Company Secretary

Shareholders are advised that Jenny Lupton has resigned as Company Secretary of
Santova Limited with effect from 31 July 2026.

In recognition of the 23 years of dedicated service, the Board would like to express
their sincerest gratitude to Jenny for her invaluable contributions. Jenny's unwavering
commitment to excellence set a high standard for all, and her steadfast faith and
dedication to Santova was admirable. We thank Jenny for the inspiration, motivation,
and encouragement she has always given and wish her well in her retirement.

The Board has commenced the process to appoint a new Company Secretary and will
make a further announcement once the appointment has been finalised.
