RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 17 April 2026 and are advised that
negotiations are continuing in respect of the shareholder promoted proposal which, if implemented, may present an
opportunity for shareholders to monetise some or all of their shares in the Company.

Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities until a full
announcement is released on SENS.

The board of directors of the Company collectively and individually accept responsibility for the information contained
