TRADING STATEMENT
Shareholders and noteholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 21 August 2025, wherein Octodec
advised that the growth in distributable income per share for the year to 31 August 2025 ("FY2025") is expected to be
between 3.0% and 6.0%.
Driven primarily by reduced expenditure, disposal of assets and active treasury management, the distributable income
per share ("DIPS") for FY2025 is expected to be between 169.60 cents and 172.77 cents, representing an increase of
between 7.0% and 9.0% compared to the distributable income per share for the year to 31 August 2024 of 158.5 cents
per share.
Based on a minimum dividend pay-out ratio of 75% of distributable income, the company hereby advises that the DPS
for FY2025 will be between 133.75 cents and 136.25 cents, representing an increase of between 7.0% and 9.0%
compared to the DPS of 125 cents reported for the financial year ended 31 August 2024 (based on a pay-out ratio of
78.9% of DIPS).
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by the group's
auditors. The audited FY2025 results are scheduled for release on 25 November 2025.
