CLOSING OF TRANSACTION

Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised words and terms contained in this announcement shall bear the same
meanings ascribed thereto in the announcement published on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on
Thursday, 19 December 2024 ("Announcement") relating to enX entering into a Sale of Letting Enterprise Agreement
("the Transaction") with 30-38 Jacoba Alberton North Proprietary Limited (the "Seller").

The Transaction pertains to the purchase of a letting enterprise as a going concern ("Letting Enterprise") by the
Company from the Seller. The Letting Enterprise includes the immovable property and all structures erected on the
property situated at 30-38 Jacoba Street, Alberton.

Shareholders are hereby advised that all of the suspensive conditions of the Transaction have been fulfilled or waived.
Accordingly, the Transaction has become wholly unconditional, in accordance with the terms set out in the
Announcement.
