The purpose for the partial redemption is due to the Noteholder
redeeming the Redeemed Portion for 160 496.87200 South African
cents per Note (the total amount being ZAR 12 714 562.20 in
respect of the Redeemed Portion issued under SBEN54) and will
be paid by the Issuer on 06 February 2026.
The remaining Aggregate Nominal Amount of SBEN54 in issue is
ZAR16,892,000 and the remaining number of Notes is 16,892.
