CHANGES TO THE BOARD COMMITTEES


Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on 06 August 2025, 08 August
2025, 13 August 2025 and 21 August 2025 relating to the changes to the board of directors
("Board"). Shareholders are advised that, in accordance with paragraph of 3.59(c) of the
JSE Listings Requirements, the Board has approved the following changes to the Board
committees with immediate effect.
