DBSA BOARD CHANGES


Re-appointments of Existing Directors


Noteholders are advised that, to retain valuable institutional knowledge, skills and experience and to ensure
continuity at Board level, the following directors have been re-appointed for a further term of three years,
ending 11 November 2028:


    •   Mr Kenneth Brown – Non-Executive Director; and
    •   Ms Dinao Lerutla – Independent Non-Executive Director.


Both directors were serving their first three-year term, which expired on 29 November 2025. The re-
appointments have been made in accordance with the Nominations Committee Terms of Reference.


The Board remains properly constituted in terms of the DBSA Act (13 of 1997, as amended) and can continue to
perform and exercise its fiduciary obligations effectively. Should there be any questions or clarification required, the
