EARLY REDEMPTION OF IVC343 NOTES ("IVC343 NOTES")

Investec Bank Limited (the Issuer) has exercised its option to early redeem all of the IVC343
Notes in terms of item 49(a) of the Applicable Pricing Supplement, pursuant to the terms and
conditions set out in the Issuer's Credit-Linked Note Programme dated
